Samantha Schiffman is a dedicated attorney serving clients throughout the Northern Kentucky and the Cincinnati area. Originally from Idaho, Samantha moved to the region in 2020 and began her career as a caseworker with children’s services. In that role, she worked closely with families navigating complex and often emotionally challenging child abuse and neglect cases, gaining valuable firsthand insight into the legal and social systems that impact vulnerable children and their caregivers.
While pursuing her law degree, Samantha continued building her legal experience at Russell and Ireland, where she worked closely with each attorney and developed skills across personal injury, criminal defense, and family law. This hands-on experience provided her with a well-rounded foundation in litigation and client advocacy, as well as a practical understanding of how to approach a wide range of legal issues.
After completing law school, she established her own practice with a commitment to providing accessible, compassionate, and effective legal representation.
